I posted a smoothie recipe here which has chia seeds in it. I said I would do a post just about chia seeds, so here it is! My mom started using them and now I'm using them. They can be put into several things and are good for you!

Why are they good for you?

Everyone has their own opinions about chia seeds. I have mine. I like them and I believe they work. I have noticed a difference in how full I feel if I just put them in a smoothie. Try them out and see for yourself!
